The Seats

Two hourly rates staff every crew.

Two rates, because there are two kinds of seats: the ones that build the record and the ones that support it. Documentation seats run $300 an hour, support runs $175. A day is 15 hours, one operational period, so the seats are $4,500 and $2,625. The edit is in the rate, and nothing else moves the number.

The Four Rules

Four rules move the number.
Nothing else does.

Rule 01 // The Day

Seats times days

A day is one operational period: 15 hours. Seats times days. The record delivers before the period ends.

Rule 02 // The Distance

Getting there and back

Three days or more bills one crew day rate to mobilize and demobilize. Half out, half back. Two days or less, we rough it out.

Rule 03 // The Nights

Past 48 hours, full deployment

Past 48 hours, the deployment package activates: command trailer, satellite connectivity, power, HVAC, vehicles. $7,850 a day, sleeps four. Per diem, $250 per person per day. Self-contained, so we never draw down local resources.

Rule 04 // The Headcount

Past four, the kit

Past four deployed, the kit rolls: bunk trailer, $2,500 a day. Bathroom trailer, fully serviced, $4,500 a day. Sleep, shower, shave, up to ten. Past ten is a custom scope.

Full rights, forever, no licensing meter. We never publish the work we were trusted with. You decide if it is ever seen.

Why we cost more.

A local photographer bills for a person. This rate carries a capability: deployment readiness, self-sufficiency on broken infrastructure, credentialed access to hazardous sites, same-day delivery, and documentation built to withstand scrutiny.

You are not paying more for the same thing. You are paying for the thing that shows up when the same thing cannot.
